  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
  • Processing time once an order has been placed in 1-5 days. It is a handmade product, so we thank you for your patience!

  • I think USPS may have lost my package, what should I do now?
  • We are very sorry to hear this! On occasion USPS will mark packages delivered 1-2 business days prior to physical delivery. If you have waited 1-2 business day we recommend you file a missing mail-piece claim by following the link below.

  • Can I return or exchange a product from my order?
  • Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is something wrong, damaged, or unsatisfactory with your order. We're here to help the best we can!

  • How long does it take for someone to answer my email or ‘contact us’ submission? 
  • We do our best to answer all customer inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
  • Because all products are handmade we are unable to cancel any orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!

  • How do I wash my glassware from Manifest & Co?
  • Our glassware is meant to be hand washed only! All glassware is not intended for use in the microwave or dishwasher. 

  • How do I wash my tees & pullovers from Manifest & Co?
  • We recommend that you wash all apparel on a gentle or delicate cycle, followed by a cool tumble dry.  Do not iron any designs or decals on all apparel.
