  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

    Processing time once an order has been placed in 1-5 days. It is a handmade product, so we thank you for your patience!

  • I think USPS may have lost my package, what should I do now?

    We are very sorry to hear this! On occasion USPS will mark packages delivered 1-2 business days prior to physical delivery. If you have waited 1-2 business day we recommend you file a missing mail-piece claim by following the link below.

  • How long does it take for someone to answer my email or ‘contact us’ submission?

    We do our best to answer all customer inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

    Because all products are handmade we are unable to cancel any orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!

  • How do I wash my glassware from Manifest & Co?
    •

    Our glassware is meant to be hand washed only! All glassware is not intended for use in the microwave or dishwasher. 

  • How do I wash my tees & pullovers from Manifest & Co?
    •

    We recommend that you wash all apparel on a gentle or delicate cycle, followed by a cool tumble dry.  Do not iron any designs or decals on all apparel.
