We are very sorry to hear this! On occasion USPS will mark packages delivered 1-2 business days prior to physical delivery. If you have waited 1-2 business day we recommend you file a missing mail-piece claim by following the link below.

Our glassware is meant to be hand washed only! All glassware is not intended for use in the microwave or dishwasher.
We recommend that you wash all apparel on a gentle or delicate cycle, followed by a cool tumble dry. Do not iron any designs or decals on all apparel.
